Oh let me count the ways I love you!

#1 I can hit 10,000 steps so easily. I think this is due to the fact that I am on my feet 10+ hours a day at work walking around in circles.

#2 You hold me accountable. If I am having a lazy day I know I have to go run or take the puppies on a long walk to hit my goal.

#3 food tracking. yeah yeah yeah it does help to track your food and caloric intake. keeps the honest people honest.

#4 I can clip you to my bra before I leave for work for the day and I forget you are there.

#5 You don't charge me a monthly fee like some other tracking products do

#6 The battery lasts forever. Seriously I don't charge you much and you just keep going and going.

#7 The flower. :)It is all about the flower growing petals!

Seriously though....I knew before my WLS that I walked a lot and now I walk so much more. Most days I hit between 15,000-18,000 steps without even trying. Because I work so much it is hard to get on an exercise schedule so the FitBit helps me hold me accountable. Lazy days do happen but with my FitBit it helps me make sure they are few and far between.
